Gas leak in cold storage in Gwalior

Gwalior, Feb 25 (UNI) Leakage of ammonia gas was today reported from a cold storage at Chavni area in this district, police said.

Soon after the leakage started this afternoon, employees came out of the cold storage. Later, the leakage was controlled.

Collector Rakesh Srivastava and Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Sharma reached the spot.

Acting swiftly, fire brigade personnel shut down the gas chamber. No untoward incident was reported.
