2 sentenced to death for killing undertrial in court premises

Muzaffarnagar, Feb 24 (UNI) A local court today awarded capital punishment to two persons accused of murdering an undertrial in court premises.

On July 7, 2006, Sharanveer and Pradeep of Kakrauli village had shot dead Dinesh, who was the prime accused in the 2005 murder of Saharanveer's brother Karanveer.

On the basis of evidence, Additional District Court Judge convicted the duo of murder, besides imposing a fine of Rs 5,000 each on them.
