Shopper Stop, UK's Home Retail sign MoU

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) Shoppers Stop Ltd and HyperCity Retail (India) Pvt Ltd today jointly signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the UK-based Home Retail Group to develop the 'Argos' format of catalogue retailing in India with exclusive franchise from them.

Yesterday, the company formed a joint venture with Nuance Group AG to bid for contracts to set up duty-free retail outlets in Indian airports.
