Mercury level rises in Manipur

Imphal, Feb 23 (UNI) The sky god has today enabled the normal conduct of elections in Manipur.

While the first two phases were marked with heavy rainfall, the sky remained comparitively clear today, the local MET office informed UNI.

The minimum temperature was about 8.3 degree Celsius while the maximum was about 25.3 degree Celsius. The humidity was about 76 per cent.
