Gang of cheats busted

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) With the arrest of three people from South Delhi, police have busted a gang of cheats, who cheated banks and couriers companies of more than Rs 10 lakh.

Jiya Faisal, Vishal Aggarwal and Ajay Java allegedly used fake identity papers and used credit cards to cheat the companies.

They were arrested yesterday from their hideout in South Delhi's Lado Sarai Area.

Police recovered five mobile phones, one television set, six credit cards and gold worth more than Rs 5 lakh.

Further investigations are in progress.
