CBI files closure report against CGHS

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation filed a closure report today against Vijeta Cooperative Housing Society.

The CBI counsel submitted before Special CBI judge GP Mittal that there was no evidence on record against the society.

The judge put the hearing for order on March 12. Vijeta society has earned the distinction of being the first ever society to get a closure report from the premier investigation agency.

Registered in 1984, the society officials faces allegations of making fictitious membership.
