Bombay Rayon acquires UK-based DPJ Clothing for $ 2.90 mln

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd, a leading manufacturer of fashion fabrics and garments, has acquired the UK-based DPJ Clothing Ltd for 2.90 million dollars.

With the acquisition of 70 per cent of total capital of DPJ Clothing Ltd, it has become a foreign subsidiary of Bombay Rayon, a company statement said today.

''We will be able to expand the customer base in the European region for our designer garments and also get the headway for outsourcing and distributing other related products in that region,'' companys Managing Director Prashant Agarwal said.
