3 taken into custody in Bikaner in Samjhauta case
Bikaner, Feb 22: Three people, including a woman, were taken into custody here in connection with the blasts in Samjhauta Express.
According to police sources, in a joint operation by Rajasthan police and Army Intelligence three people, including a woman, were taken into custody here last night.
The police picked up the woman identified as one Saroh, a resident of Rampura, along with her male accomplice.
One Kamaluddin was also arrested, on information gathered during the duo's interrogation. Sources said some incriminating documents were seized from their possession. The police is on the lookout for a fourth man believed to be involved in the attack on the train, which connects India and Pakistan.
City police had alerted the Haryana police about the arrests, they added.
Two bogies of the Delhi-Attari special caught fire on Sunday night after explosives placed in suitcases exploded near Panipat in Haryana, in which 68 people, including many Pakistani nationals, were killed.
