Moot Court competition from Feb 24

Jabalpur, Feb 22 (UNI) A national-level moot court competition being organised by the Rani Durgawati University will begin here on February 24.

Rani Durgawati University's Law HOD Dr Divya Chourasia said the competition was being organised for the first time in the university.

Thirty law department teams from various universities across the countries will take part in the meeting.

Their performance will be evaluated by a panel of High Court Justices S S Jha, A K Srivastava, Shubda Vaghmare, R K Gupta, District and Sessions Judge Sharad Srivastava and Special Judge Sushma Khosla besides senior advocates.

The winner will be declared based on this evaluation.

The moot court competition will be inaugurated by High Court Justice Deepak Mishra.

Amethi Law School Vice-Chairman M M Upadhyay and Rani Durgawati Vice-Chancellor S M Pal Khurana will be present as special guests.
