SVIMS to conduct health programme on Feb 22

Tirupati, Feb 21: The Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) run Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) will conduct a day-long lecture programme in its campus tomorrow.

The department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of SVIMS will conduct the programme, in which experts on women and bone health, will deliver lectures on maternal nutrition and bone health, genetic of vitamin 'D' deficiency, surgical aspects of osteoorosis hip fractures, among other subjects, SVIMS sources said here today.
