Sahara One to raise $ 20mln via FCCB issue

New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) Sahara One Media&Entertainment Ltd, which runs a bouquet of television channels, today said it will raise 20 million dollars through issue of equity in overseas market.

The company's Board of Directors have accorded their approval to the fund raising scheme through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).
