Assembly election for Uttarakhand's Bajpur constituency on March 25

Dehra Dun, Feb 21 (UNI) Election for Bajpur Assembly constituency in Uddhamsingh Nagar district of Uttarahand will be held on March 25.

According to the Assistant Chief Election Officer Jung Vijay Singh the notification will be issued on February 23. The election in the constituency was deferred due to the death of a Congress candidate in a road accident while coming back from poll campaigning on February 18.

There are 21 candidates for the polls and the electorate consists of 97,098 people.
