Mathew Sankrathil, Dr Sreedhara Kurup to receive SNSS awards

Kottayam, Feb 20 (UNI) Malayala Manorama Assistant Editor Mathew Sankrathil and C V N Kalari Treatment Centre Director Dr G Sreedhara Kurup have been selected for the Sree Narayana Samskarika Samithy (SNSS) awards.

The awards were introduced in memory of journalist and social activist M Viswambharan and Dr K N Sudhakaran of the health service respectively.

The award comprising a purse of Rs 10,001, a citation and memento, would be presented to them by opposition leader Oommen Chandy at a function to be held on February 25, Samithi Secretary P N Peethambaran said at a news conference here today.
