Vedant Hotels ties up with Kamat Hotels

New Delhi, Feb 19: Vedant Hotels Ltd today entered into an agreement with Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd for management and operation of The Hotel Vedant at Aurangabad for a period of 10 years.

As per the agreement, the hotel will be renamed as Lotus Vedant.

''The management is of the opinion that, in the long run, this association will prove to be mutually beneficial,'' a company statement said.

The repairs and refurbishment of the hotel is currently in progress, it added.
