Traders to monitor Master Plan

New Delhi, Feb 19 (UNI) The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) today formed a CAIT Research Trade Development Board' of traders and citizens on issues related to Master Plan and other issues concerning trade.

A CAIT press release further said that the adsvisrory plan of the board has also instituted a special advisory panel consisting of distinguished people from different sectors concerning master plan.

The advisory planel of the board consists of eminent town planner RG Gupta, SC Jain and Gian P Mathur, AK Dev, SC Khandelwal, Mahinder Rana and Khushdeep Bansal.

The traders also decided to form a Urban ''Watch Dog'' force to keep an eye on the Master Plan 2021.

According to the release, the board will make all efforts to ensure implementation of the provisions of MPD 2021 within stipulated time. It will also suggest plans and programmes to the Government from time to time whenever needed.
