Sonia condemns Delhi-Attari Special train incident

New Delhi, Feb 19 (UNI) Congress President Sonia Gandhi today denounced the fire on the Delhi-Attari Special early this morning that killed nearly 70 people and appealed to the people and Pakistan to ''stand up firmly against such enemies of humanity''.

In a statement here, Ms Gandhi said the violent incident, which has also injured many people near Panipat in Haryana, could only be seen as a ''barbaric act''.
