PM calls on President to discuss Samjhauta Express blasts

New Delhi, Feb 19 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today called on President A P J Abdul Kalam to discuss the incident on the Samajhauta Express in which 65 persons have been killed and 12 others injured.

The meeting at the Rashtrapati Bhavn lasted for about half-an-hour. During the meeting the two leaders discussed many issues of national and international importance, a Rashtrapati Bhavan release said here.

In the Samjhauta Express blasts, many Pakistani nationals have lost their lives.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Foreign Minister Khurshid Mahmood Kasuri is coming to india tomorrow, in line with his programme.
