25 passengers of private bus injured

Mysore, Feb 19 (UNI) More than 25 passengers of a private bus were injured when the bus hit an electricity pole and fell into a paddy field at Kumerahalli in neighbouring Mandya district of Karnataka, today.

Police said the bus was bound for Mandya from Kumerahalli when the mishap occurred.

Twelve of the seriously injured were admitted to the Government Hospital in Mandya, while the others were treated as outpatients.
