TDP hopeful of winning in RMC elections

Rajahmundry, Feb 18 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party (TDP) District President Jyothula Nehru today expressed hope that the party would win in the Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation (RMC) elections to be held tomorrow.

Addressing a press conference, Mr Nehru claimed that TDP would win 35 seats out of 50 in RMC elections as people were vexed with Congress rule.

Former Minister and TDP Leader Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary was also hopeful that the party would win the majority of the seats in the RMC polls.
