Parsvnath signs Rs 1,600 cr MoU with Guj govt
New Delhi, Feb 18 (UNI) Real-estate major Parsvnath Developers Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat government for developing various projects at an investment of Rs 1,600 crore over a period of 2-3 years.
The company will develop townships, group housing, commercial complexes and IT parks at Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Rajkot, Vadodara, Surat, Jamnagar and other districts in Gujarat, a company statement issued here today said.
Some projects are being implemented with immediate effect, it added.
The MoU was signed between Parsvnath Developers Vice President, (Gujarat and Strategic Planning) Ashim Gandhi and K Srinivas, Managing Director of GUDC.
