AHS inks $ 7 mln equipment supply deal with Philips

New Delhi, Feb 18 (UNI) Artemis Health Sciences (AHS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTL Enterprises Ltd, has entered into a seven million dollar agreement with Philips Medical Systems.

Philips will provide 60 per cent of health equipments required by AHS Institute being set up in Gurgaon.

''Artemis Health Sciences aims to define and deliver cutting edge healthcare in India by uniquely integrating healthcare delivery with research and development,'' AHS Chairman O S Kanwar said.

The first phase of the hospital with 260 beds will commence operations by April. After the completion of the hospital AHS will have over 500 beds.
