One killed, six injured in Kashmir
Srinagar, Feb 17 (UNI) One person died and six injured in two different road accidents while a family escaped unhurt when their house collapsed in the Kashmir valley.
A police spokesman said a vehicle hit scooterist Sarwar Ahmed Bhat at Hanjiweera in district Baramulla.
He was immediately shifted to hospital in a critical condition where he succumbed to his injuries.
A vehicle turned turtle at Nagbal in Pulwama district causing injuries to six persons.
He said a house belonging to one Ghulam Nabi Gani collapsed at Pandith Pora in Kulgam early this morning.
The inmates escaped unhurt after they were rescued by the local people.
