HDK to meet K'taka MPs in Delhi on Cauvery issue
Bangalore, Feb 17: Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has convened a meeting of Members of Parliament from the State on February 22 in New Delhi to discuss the award of the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal.
According to a statement from the Chief Minister's Secratariat here today, Mr Kumaraswamy would on the eve of Parliament budget session highlight to the MPs the ''injustice'' caused to the State by the award.
Mr Kumaraswamy would hold an all-party meeting here on February 24 to discus the issue and chalk out the future course of action.
Sources indicated to sources that the Government had sought its Counsel Fali S Nariman his views on the verdict.
