Angered by husband's attitude women and 3 children commit suicide
Daltonganj, Feb 17 (UNI) Frustrated over husband's reluctance to have a tubectomy operation, a woman along with with her three children allegedly commited suicide by jumping before a running train at Sudana railway crossing in Jharkhand's Palamu district today.
Police said one Kusum Devi and her spouse Rajamohan Yadav of Poldahgaon under Hariharganj police station had been quarreling for past few weeks as she opted for the operation which the husband kept postponing on the pretext of financial crisis.
Last night it was not an exception as their argument resulted in heated altercation, police said.
Angered by her husband's attitude, she along with her children, Anprita (8), Ajita (6) and one-and-half-year-old son rushed out of the house and committed suicide under the running train.
Their bodies were recovered from the Barwahdih-Garwah Road rail line and sent form post mortem.
