MPCC President lauds decision of Subodh Mohite to leave Sena

Mumbai, Feb 16 (UNI) Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) President Prabha Rau has lauded the decision of and MP Subodh Mohite former union minister for heavy industries to resign from '' a communal party like Shiv Sena.'' Ms Rau, in a statement here today, urged him to join the Congress Party and strengthen the secular forces in Maharashtra.

She further said that Mr Mohite's entry into the Congress is sure to benefit the party all over the state and especially in Vidarbha region considering the administrative skills he displayed while he carried out an exemplary work in the capacity of Union Minister for heavy Industries.
