CM announces compensation to victims of wall collapse

Mumbai, Feb 16 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh today announced a compensation of Rs one lakh to the family members of the six persons who died when the wall of a 55-year-old Kila Masjid collapsed at Roshan Pura village in Murtijapur Taluka of tAkola district, An official release here today said besides the compensation to the dead, Rs 15,000 would be disbursed from the Chief Minister's fund to the eight persons who were injured in the collapse last wednesday.
