35 people ill after consuming butter-milk

Rajkot, Feb 16 (UNI) Thirty-five persons, including eight children, have been hospitalised with symptoms of suspected food poisoning after they consumed butter-milk at Dhank village in Upleta taluka of the district.

The people were affected yesterday and were being treated in Dhank Primary Health Centre before they were moved to a hospital at Upleta, police said today.

Most of the affected persons have been discharged from the hospital after their health condition improved late last evening, the hospital sources said.
