Workshop on customer service
Tirupati, Feb 15 (UNI) Banking Ombudsman, Andhra Pradesh, Dr Deepali Pant Joshi today stressed the need to ensure efficient customer service in banks.
Addressing bank officers at a one-day workshop on "strategies for effective customer service- Role of banking Ombudsman scheme 2006", organised by the indian banks' association, Hyderabad, local chapter here, she brought to notice, various types of customers complaints received at various places in the state.
She asked the officers to attend to customer service promptly.
