Vakil forays into Hosur

Bangalore, Feb 15 (UNI) Vakil Housing Development Corporation (VHDC), a city-based property developer, today announced its foray into Hosur in Tamil Nadu where it would build its new project -- 'Vakil Hosur Hills'.

The border town of Hosur, a quiet little city known for its pleasant climate and greenery had easy access to Bangalore and had relatively low land rates which made it a cost-effective and attractive alternative to the city, VHDC CMD M A Vakil said.

Speaking to newspersons about the new project, he said the company believed that Hosur had a huge potential as a real estate destination as it would offer the customers economical prices.

The Hosur project, strategically spread over 28.5 acres, offered two and three bedroom luxurious villas on plots ranging from 1055 to 3300 sq ft. It was an ideal buy for IT professionals and staff of leading companies on either side of the state border, Vakil said.
