Skelatal remains excavated from construction site
Mumbai, Feb 15 (UNI) Two human skeletons were excavated from near the Swami Vivekanand College at Chembur here today.
Chembur police station senior inspector Bhoparai said the skeletons were discovered while construction activity was in progress at the site. The skeletons have been sent for chemical analysis, he said.
Mr Bhoparai informed that a Muslim burial place was located at the site 25 years ago and the skeletons could be remnants from that period. However, anything definite could be said only after receiving forensic laboratory reports, he said.
