Seven years' imprisonment for rape

Darbhanga, Feb 15 (UNI) Additional district and sessions judge of fast track court Rudra Pratap Singh sentenced one Chhotu Thakur to seven years' rigorous imprisonment after he was found guilty of raping a woman.

According to FIR, the convict had raped a woman in Muraitha village in Darbhanga district on July 23, 2001.
