Sagar, MP, Feb 15 (UNI) All India Congress Committee General Secretary and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Digvijay Singh today said the words of party president Sonia Gandhi and leaders Ahmed Patel and V Narayanasamy would be like commands to him and that would be the basis for deciding whether he would attend a rally or not.

''I am demonstrating against the Bharatiya Janata Party. Why are Congress members getting vexed?'' Mr Singh said while addressing a rally organised here despite state Congress president Subhash Yadav's wish to postpone it.

''Mr Yadav asked me not to attend this rally and I told him that my demonstration is not for seizing anybody's post. I will visit the entire state,'' he added.

Yesterday, Mr Yadav said that disciplinary action would be taken against those who violated the high command's directive by taking part in the event.
