Rain likely in MP
Bhopal, Feb 15 (UNI) Thundershowers are likely to lash Malwa, Chambal and several other areas of Madhya Pradesh over the next 24 hours, a Regional Meteorological Centre official said.
No overnight precipitation was recorded owing to the weakening of an upper air cyclonic circulation over western Madhya Pradesh. The ancient temple town Ujjain was the state's coldest at eight degrees Celsius.
The Umaria district administration formed a survey team comprising revenue and agriculture officials to estimate crop damage due to unseasonal rain in 194 villages.
