Passengers robbed of valuables aboard train

Allahabad, Feb 15: Unidentified burglars robbed of passengers aboard the Patna-Kurla Super Fast Express in Manikpur area late last night.

The incident occurred between the Logara and Shankargarh railway stations, where the miscreants snatched cash, jewellery and other valuables from the passengers.

On protesting, the marauders assaulted the passengers, police today said.

Getting the information, the GRP jawans reached the spot but by that time, the accused had managed to escape.

A hunt is on to arrest the accused.
