Refusing to concede to the Opposition's demand to step down on moral grounds, Mr Bajpai, narrating the incidents of Jharkhand and Karnataka, said, ''where were the morals, when these national parties formed governments through undemocratic means.'' Questioning the BJP's demand of resignation of Mr Yadav, he said the the entire eposide was approved by then speaker Keshri Nath Tripathi, who is the state BJP president now.
