Mindtree issue oversubscribed by 103.22 times

Bangalore, Feb 15 (UNI) The Initial Public Offer of software major MindTree Consulting, offering 5.59 million equity shares on a 100 per cent bookbuilding basis, has been oversubscribed by 103.22 times.

Acording to company soures, the issue, carrying a price band of Rs 365 to Rs 425 per equity share of Rs ten each, had been walloped by the retail investors 30.72 times, QIB 156.97 times, high networth investors 129.91 per cent and employees 6.35 times.

The issue, which opened on February nine, closed yesterday.
