UP: Ancient Shivling found at Bharagarh Fort

Banda, Feb 15: An ancient Shivling has been found in the Bharagarh Fort in this district of Uttar Pradesh.

The Shivling has been placed in the Natbali Temple, where special 'Jal Abhishek' and 'Havan' would be performed tomorrow on Mahashivratri,eminent historian Radha Krishna said here last night.

The Natbali temple is seething with pilgrims, who could be seen chanting 'Om Namah Shivai'.

According to sources, the administration has planned to organise Shiv Mela on Mahashivratri.
