94 Cong workers nabbed in MP
Ujjain, MP, Feb 15 (UNI) Ninety-four Congress workers were arrested today while attempting to wave black flags at Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in this district's Mahidpur, the police said.
The workers generated pandemonium prior to Mr Chouhan's arrival.
The Congress had already announced that the flags would be waved in protest against the power and urea ''crises.'' Police action took place when about 400 workers were heading to wave the flags. Those apprehended were freed after the Chief Minister's departure.
