10 disqualified MLAs, including 7 Ministers, resign in UP

Lucknow, Feb 15 (UNI) Seven Ministers and three chairmen of state co-operatives -- holding ministerial ranks- today resigned from the Samajwadi Party-led Government after being disqualified as MLAs by the Supreme Court yesterday.

This was disclosed by one of the disqualified MLAs and minister Rajendra Singh Rana here.

Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav rushed to Raj Bhawan to hand over the resignations to Governor T V Rajeswar.
