Shiv Sena MP Mohite resigns from party and Lok Sabha

New Delhi, Feb 14 (UNI) Mr Subodh Mohite, Shiv Sena Lok Sabha member from Ramtek constituency in Maharashtra, today resigned from the party and Parliament for what he described as "insult to the people of Ramtek" by Shiv Sena Supremo Bal Thackeray who refused to give him an audience.

Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee accepted the resignation of Shiv Sena MP after he met him personally.
