Srinagar, Feb 14 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has directed the state government to pay Rs one lakh compensation each to the family members of two persons disappeared from the valley.

A single judge bench of the commission of Justice M Y Kawoosa, chairman, directed the authorities to pay Rs one lakh to the family members of one Mohammad Najar, a labourer.
