Concern India Foundation to hold Annual Charity Auction tomm
Mumbai, Feb 14 (UNI) 'Art for Concern - The Annual Charity Auction' of Indian Art, organised by Concern India Foundation, will be held at The Taj Mahal Palace and Tower here tomorrow.
Supported by Christie's, the auction will be conducted by Dr Hugo Weihe, a release here today said.
The seventh Art for Concern Charity Auction in Mumbai will see a suite of paintings by leading Indian contemporary painters such as Achuthan Kudallur, Ajay De, Akbar Padamsee, Amit Ambalal, Anu Kulkarni, Arup Das, Arzan Khambatta, Ashoke Mullick, Badrinarayan, Baiju Parthan, C Jagdish, Dhiraj Choudhury, Dhruvi Acharya, Fatima Ahmed, Ganesh Haloi, Ganesh Pyne, Gurcharan Singh, Haku Shah, Jehangir Jani, Jogen Chowdhury, Krishen Khanna, Lalitha Lajmi, Laxma Goud, Laxman Shreshtha, Manish Pushkale, Manu Parekh, Nikhil Chaganlal, Nitin Dadrawala, Paresh Maity, Paritosh Sen, Prabhakar Kolte, Rabin Mondal, Ram Kumar, Riyas Komu, S H Raza, S Harsha Vardhana, S G Vasudev, Samir Aich, Shipra Bhattacharya, Shuvaprasanna, Shymal Dutta Ray, Suman Roy, Sunil Das, T Vaikuntam, T V Santosh, Vivan Sundaram, Yashwant Deshmukh.
Concern India Foundation CEO Kavita Shah said, ''The Annual Auction is an initiative of Concern India Foundation to raise much-needed funds to support development programmes in the areas of Education, Health, Community Development and Environment.''
