17,000 people throng Mughal Gardens despite rain
New Delhi, Feb 13 (UNI) Incessant rains in the city have failed to dampen the spirit of nature lovers as 17,000 of them thronged the Mughal Gardens at Rashtrapati Bhavan since Saturday when it opened for the public this year.
About 4,000 people visited the gardens today despite steady rains, a Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesman said.
The capital has been witnessing unseasonal rains ever since the gardens opened for the public.
The gardens will remain open till March 18, except on Mondays for maintenance and March 3 and 4 on account of Holi.
