Three naxals killed by security forces

Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, Feb 10 (UNI) Three naxals, including a woman, were today killed during an encounter with security forces at a forest in Itampad village in Dantewada district, police said.

The ultras were shot dead during encounter with a team of CRPF jawans, Special Task Force (STF) and Special Police Officers. Their bodies were later recovered.

However, some naxals managed to escape. Police were busy in combing the area to track down the extremists.
