Cricket betting racket busted, two arrested

New Delhi, Feb 10 (UNI) The Delhi Police have busted a cricket betting racket here being operated from East Delhi and arrested two persons in this conenction.

Vijender Sain, the kingpin of the racket, and his associate Badri Parsad, were arrested yesterday while they were indulging in betting on the England-Australia match from a house in Krishna Nagar in East Delhi.

The two, hailing from Bhiwani in Haryana, were running the racket with high-tech gadgets. They were recieving the phone calls of their clients and recording the conversation on parallel line with the specially designed gadgets.

The police said most of the clients of the satta racket are from Bhiwani Haryana.
