Couple get 10-year jail term for making harmful hair dye!

Gorakhpur, Feb 10 (UNI) A court has handed down 10-year rigourous imprisonment to a couple for making harmful hair dye.

According to the prosecution, Rajesh Kumar Sharma of Mau district and his wife Priyamvada used to produce harmful hair dye using fake currency coins in City Kotwali area here.

On June 3, 1999, a raid was conducted and they were arrested.

Counterfeit coins and two dye manufacturing machines were also recovered from the spot.

On the basis of evidence, Fast Track Court (I) Judge R N Pandey gave them 10 year imprisonment yesterday, besides a fine of Rs 50,000 each.
