Anti-social elements are Mulayam's God father: BJP
Etawah, Feb 10 (UNI) Training guns at the ruling Samajwadi Party (SP) in Uttar Pradesh, Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) alleged anti-social elements are Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav's God father.
''....Anti-social elements are Mr Yadav's God Father. They are behind the survival of the UP government, otherwise, it would have been impossible for Mr Yadav to remain in power for three years,'' BJP state unit president Keshari Nath Tripathi told mediapersons here last evening.
Expressing concern over the ''poor'' law and order situation in UP, Mr Tripathi alleged over the years, crime has increased and it's painful that the state government is turning a Nelson's eye towards it.
''During SP's rule, 1051 farmers committed suicide in Bundelkhand region and 20,000 murders took place,'' he claimed.
He exhorted BJP workers to get united if they don't want SP to come to power again in the forthcoming Assembly elections.
