TDP cries foul about price hike

Rajahmundry, Feb 9 (UNI) The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) polit bureau member Yanamala Ramakrishnudu today alleged that the Central and Andhra Pradesh governments had failed to control the rising prices of essential commodities.

Talking to reporters here he said the state government had failed to monitor price rise and added that prices were unaffordably high now.

On welfare schemes for the Backward Classes, he said the government was indifferent to it and charged that no budgetary allocation was made for the BCs.
