Kalam confers NABH accreditation upon MIMS

New Delhi, Feb 9 (UNI) For quality medical services, Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd (MIMS) today received accreditations from National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) presented by President APJ Abdul Kalam.

While giving away the award, Dr Kalam said, ''Healthcare is a very important aspect in any country more so in a developing country like us.'' With a 300-bedded multispeciality hospital in Calicut, MIMS has over 40 disciplines managed by highly qualified medical specialists.
