Indian revises 'X' class fares

Chennai, Feb 9 (UNI) The public-sector airliner Indian announced a special offer revising 'X' class and 'I' class fares on various sectors from flights in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, in tune with seasonal promotional scheme.

A press statement from Indian here today said that on the Chennai-Tiruchirapalli and Chennai-Kozhikode sectors, the 'X' class fare has been revised to Rs 800, excluding taxes and levies.

On the Chennai-Kochi and Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram sectors, the fares would be Rs 1,000 plus taxes and levies. The fares under 'I' class scheme also had been revised on these sectors, the statement added.

It said the taxes and levies included passenger service fee of Rs 225 and fuel surcharge of Rs 750.
